Who called from 3056029282

Robocall:
This number called offering to lower credit card rates. my number is on the federal do not call list, so they are ignoring it.
I suspect they are scammers trying to get personal information

When I pressed one, and asked for their company name, they hung up.

Florida caller ID to my cell phone. Left no message. Blocked number. Will report to FTC since it went to cell phone.

I answered and they immediately hung up on me

Scammer do not take calls from this number

This was a robo call from "card services" offering to lower my credit card rate.
