Received a call on my personal cell phone to reduce my credit card interest rate. A recorded voice asked to press 1 to speak with someone about applying for a reduced rate for a credit card or press 2 to be removed from the call list. I pressed 2. Call ID displayed "Florida" with the number 305-602-9282.
Called home phone to lower credit card rate. spoke to a rep who said they represent many credit card companies. I asked who they were and if they know which bank I'm with. He said 'this is getting silly'. So I told him to go [***] himself and called him a little scumbag [***]. He hung up. I called the number back. It only allows you to choose not to get any more calls from that number. Can't get another rep on the line. Oh well, there goes my Saturday... ;)
