called 10/06 at 11.40am, no answer when I said hello, the caller just stayed on with no response and then hung up.

They called me as Miami Dade County and said mark 1  to receive important message.

This call was a public service announcement from Florida Wildlife Commission, warning about a rabies alert in South Florida.

Correction: Miami-Dade Animal Services, not Florida Wildlife Commission. The recording made mention of them, but it was originated from Miami-Dade Animal Services.
