In case you don't know...you can go to google hangouts (you will need a free google gmail account) and you can call anywhere in the US for free. You at least need speakers on your PC to listen to who answers, you only need a transmitter if you plan on talking. I believe there is an app for smartphones. The calls you make show on the recieving end caller id as unknown. This is an easy way to find out anonymously who is calling you.
