This is a Mickey Mouse Company from the bad part of Miami. Just don't answer eventually they give up. Is automated, no effort in their part. One day they clean up their dead contacts, then will stop. Or report them to the FCC for harassment. They can only do it for so long.
IT is a collection company. But it gives you an option at the beginning. If you 're "the person they're looking for" press 1 if you're not that person then press 2.
I did press 2 and they stopped calling.
