This seem to be a robo call and then if you answer is piggyback to someone to say whatever it is they are doing. I say we get together and shut them down. If we can find the service provider that allows this that can be a starting point. I don't. I do know I am fed up, pissed off & tired of it. Let's do a forum asap!
These people are not even from the USA. They are using a phone number illegally. Told the lady that the call was being recorded and turned over to the FBI, Florida Bureau of Investigation and the International Trade Commission. The lady said Who Are They. I told her they were being investigated and she said this is about your benefits, which I don't have.

Said this was about the blood pressure/ diabetes medication that someone in the household was on. I'm sure it's normally a good bet that someone in any given household in th US is on one of those medications, but we're two healthy twentysomethings, so it was a total lie. Not sure what scam they are running, but this was not a legit call.
305-757-2000 this number called our apartment at 6:51am this morning. That's against the law. Didn't answer! I've turn off the ringer on our phone. It's a scam!
Same thing here. They have called about my blood pressure meds 12 or so times but I don't take any. I asked the Asian lady who she was speaking to and she hung up. Some sort of con obviously
