You should have had a audio recorder running when the AT&T rep said that to you and also gotten their name and title.

I just got one too after calling 1-800-free411 for the first time!  That is crap!  I'm definitely not going to stand for this.

They sent me an unsolicited SMS message (Revolutionary Brazilian Weight Loss...) that I have to pay for!  This is unacceptable.  They need to stop.

I have an idea... spam them back!

I wonder if they will like it if they have to pay for all the spam they receive?
