Got a call from this number, speaking Spanish. I speak Spanish but the message began in the middle of a sentence and was some sort of claim about "por cientos"/"percent." It made no sense, I think it is a lure to get someone to call back.
There was a call from this number to my cell phone. When I played back the message, an apparently pre-recorded woman's voice was already talking in Spanish. Some junk call in a foreign language from the other end of the country whose machine is too lame to wait until my machine starts recording. Great.

Same here, was already talking in Spanish about being a valuable customer that qualifies for an 80% discount on a Smart Phone and in order to claim I must press the number 1. I did not press any number I just hung up the phone call.
