Pull the plug on these people. Fooled me because it was a cell phone from FL and my elderly mother lives there and sometimes uses other peoples phones. I thought she needed help. I am outraged and told the person who was calling I was reporting him. Claimed he was some kind of windows something...not sure as I didn't let him even get the words out. Foreign accent, could hear my own voice echoing which is usually a sign of a scam. In the words of Pete Townshend "I won't get fooled again" to even pick up the phone. I usually don't but was worried about my mom. Why do these people do this? Don't understand.
