voicemail was in my language. it was for my mother on behalf of her doctor's office requesting she call back. It's the generic message for callback. Legit.
No this Number isnt a line to steal personal information, this phone number is use by interpreters from Kaiser Permanente using a third party company Language Line to interpret information for the hispanic community
Actually this is a SCAM.
These calls are targeted towards Spanish speaking people. It is bamboozling them into choosing a medical/hospital insurance solution.
