Received a call this afternoon saying complaint filed against me I have officially been served. I got rid of my last cell phone for this reason.

they said they have a complaint against me and will come to my residence or place of employment...and Ive been notified.....think its a scam.

Someone from this number called and said there was a law suit against me for a BankOne card where I made purchases and never paid them back.  what is this?

recived calls from them also wont give out any information and the company they say I owe cant even get a number a total scam
