Received automated call from an unknown caller, came up on caller ID as from Jackson, Wyoming, 1-307-200-4501. I am being officially notified of a complaint about (withholding name for obvious reasons) and that I need to contact them to resolve this complaint. Wish I had written down the number I was to call back and the reference ID # for this "case". I could have let them talk to find out about the complaint and the date it was filed. Would have been interesting to find out what they would have said when I told them this person, who was a very good friend of mine, had passed away over 3 years ago. Beware of this phone number.
They first called me on 1/18/16 which is a holiday. On my cell and my house phone left a message looking for such and such there has been a claim filed against them they need to call back the same number and deal with matter or papers will be served at there place of employment and or residence but they did not leave a company name.
This is a SCAM....I see they are using a new number....this same called used to come from a Virginia number. They call my cell number. Give you a reference number. It is a recorded message. Alleging they have to serve with documents. The Case ID# has changed, but the message is the same. They will also sometimes say it is in reference to a credit card debt; warrant for criminal charges and other times a civil suit. ALL B.S.
