Got a call from them for the past 3 days. Called it back once, they won't tell you who is suing you. They give you 3 options, pay off your debt, do a monthly payment which is more or go to court. It's a scam.
Being harassed by two fake numbers with unclear company names: 412-346-1405 & 307-206-4539 w/bogus claims on foreclosure of a home I RENT-- they should be reported to the Federal Bureau of Investigations
I received call with that same message and called them. They said the same thing to me, that they were going to garnish my wages, that they had verified my place of employment and that they would see me in court. After saying that they would be sending papers to my County I live in. I hung up on them and the lady called back and left a message saying she was giving me 48 hours to speak to my attorney. Told me if was from a Cash advance and when I ask where was at she couldn't tell me and said I was paying from a TC Bank and I said I have dealt with that bank. Said they were a mediation group. Is this real or do I need to contact authorities?
