These people are criminals, they provided nothing-this pos Sebastian Hill promised me a refund, he and that other scammer Raskin are probably the same guy, they also hide their address because they know there are a lot of people who are after them, they need to be brought to justice and companies like this exposed in public! I was solicited by a phone call promising me that I would be the only person on page one that their company helps and that they would get me on the front page for the 40 key searches I paid for as well as 5,000 face book likes from homeowners in southern California in their 30’s or older, that has not been delivered either and they also charged me for a “top of the line” realtor website, which has turned out to be a terrible word press basic, basic site that even an untrained person like myself can create, so it is not “top of the Line” also it has no ability to search for property as they refused to properly connect the IDX search required on ANY BASIC REAL ESTATE SITE; After having promised to do so as well.
I have paid my assistant to follow up with them and he has every week since we paid them in full and now basically 90 days or 3 months later I still have not one thing I paid for. They have not been able to deliver what was charged to us and now they refuse to provide service, so we requested a full refund, the manger over there Sebastian, specifically called us on Thursday, September 19th to say they were issuing us a FULL refund for the terrible performance and failure to deliver and quite frankly, they are sick of me calling and looking for what we paid for and I am sick of them lying about working on it since it has not been produced and I have paid them in full and have allowed reasonable time for this to be completed and since we have no way to establish any type of working relationship, I requested a refund, Sebastian said he would have to check with upper management and he called back specifically to tell me that he was able to get a full refund approved by his superior’s; of whom I am NOT ALLOWED to communicate with to describe the lack of product delivery and the horrible service and the unprofessional dolts who run this company.
I am entitled to the full refund that was promised me and that will still not make up for the lost time and the lost promises of what I thought I bought, which has turned out to nothing at all and a major headache and a total loss and waste at this point as I am out time, money I spent on my employees to follow up and time I have wasted to get not one thing at all that was promised to me. I was also promised a full refund on 9-19-13 by Sebastian, the self proclaim boss of that disaster in the desert and when we called yesterday; 9-23-13, they said they did not call and promise this refund, even though both myself and my assistant heard it, not sure why cyber criminals-( in this case they have taken money and provided nothing-definition of theft) like this are allowed to continue in business, they have taken full pay and provide nothing in return, I need this resolved and these people should be prosecuted for interstate fraud.

The corporations or LLCs are under more names than I can mention. KJR Management, Business Development Institute, Doobster Enterprises, USA SEO, SEO Worldwide, Top of the First Page, and others...
This company is all worked under Doobster Enterprises and Business Development Institute. The owner of Doobster is K. Raskin. Robert Raskin is the actual owner, but he has ruined his reputation so badly that he had to use his wife's name.
They run a real boiler room operation. They do not even let the employees leave the property for lunch break due to drug use problems. Some of the sales guys do not even use their real names. I worked there for a week, but did not stay because I could not work for a company like this. I actually witnessed a guy tell a customer, "yeah it is snowing right now here in Cheyenne Wyoming." Problem was he was in Las Vegas, at 1091 SOUTH CIMARRON ROAD, STE. A-4 Las Vegas, NV 89145.
These guys are lying to you. Do NOT spend your money on their bull crap stories. Don't fall for the sales tactics of showing you top rankings of clients under search terms that sound good, but are not.
I was recently contacted by this company under its other name, Top of The First page. They pretty much promised exactly what the first person posted regarding her husband. They said they were moving into to MLM market, of which I am a part of and wanted to get my website visibility.
Without getting into extreme detail, what happened boiled down to this. They wanted to sell me a package for over 2000 dollars to get my website visible on the internet. Once I started asking some probing questions I got passed around from rep to rep. They called while I was at work and would not let up. The rep started getting pushy saying that my fiance would want me to do this. When I rejected him further he outright told me I was not not making sense I should do this...etc. he actually got insulting at which time I hung up.
One week later the same man called again telling me to go to google while I had the chance because 2 other people in my company lost the opportunity so they wanted to come back to me. I told the gentleman that I was very upset about how I was spoken to and had no interest in dealing with people like that even if the money was not the issue. His response...."well I think its asinine of you not to do this to get your website listed." Asinine...really? Have you ever heard a sales rep who thought they might get a sale treat a perspective client that way?
Based on my experience, if a company has to try this hard, with a really hard sell, to get your business and they cannot conduct themselves in a professional manner, that already is a red flag to stay away. How they got my information I dont know. I recommend staying away from SEO Worldwide or Top of The First Page.

I went through a similar experience except it was an event that happened in August 2012. I received a "collection" call from Gina saying that I owed them $3000+ for a contract that I supposedly signed up for. Nothing was ever done and nothing even processed except a collection call on Thurs. Dec. 12, 2013 saying I now owe $5100 for collection costs and the front page work (to still be performed). It was 2 hours of badgering by Gina and I finally gave her my American Express card. However, she was to send me a receipt and everything that i was supposedly to have signed up for....I trust American Express cc for backing me up if there was a problem. Finally I called American Express to express my tale of woe and to ask if there was a problem with this company as I have NEVER experienced this before. Before I could finish my story which is almost word for word what you wrote, AE told me the charges were reversed.....I asked for an investigatiion and they not only reversed the charges, but they overnighted a NEW credit card and blocked the merchant. I thought that odd until I started to do research as the numbers that were on my cell phone would not pick up from me or my attorney. I was able to get the address from AE as I told them I was trying to contact them (collection agency) but there was no number listed. Odd for a collection agency....but they did give me an address. When I goggled it, it came up with all these complaints. I hope you will get everything back and when I again called AE to tell them what I found out, I was told they seldom give an immediate refund - so I think their fraud department is hot on their trail. Nonetheless, I agree this is criminal activity. I had opted out of their "services" as my business website was not yet finished.....and never heard anything after those few telephone encounters. This collection person (Gina) faxed me a "contract" but it made no sense and was very generic. I told her that was not what I wanted to see and thinking back it was a very boiler room operation. Unfortunately, I wasn't thinking as I was sick with the flu and could not get a hold of my attorneys on the other line. This had a good outcome for me but I give all the credit to American Express. And I will try not to be so gullible...When you do business in California, there is the ability to cancel....no such thing as non cancellable - even if you do business with a company outside of California. You have to follow California rules. If anyone else is out there getting calls from a "Gina" , your credit is going to be ruined, you will have to travel to Nevada and pay a Nevada lawyer retainers fee, and it will be much cheaper just to pay the $5000 instead of $15,000.....Beware.
