Who called from 3072226010

I got a call from this number and don't usually answer, but not thinking I answered this time and someone babbled something and hung up right away!!

i keep getting calls from this # as well. no msg, call back & only get "due to high call volume...". I wish somebody could find out who these people are and stop them!

this number calls me and my husband at all times during the day and will not leave a message.
