Received a call from 307-248-9934 on 5/12/2016 at 6:31pm EDT. Caller ID displayed "Afton WY".
Since I had previously blocked this number with Google Voice on 7/22/2015 my phone should not have rung at all. But in this case one ring came through and the caller then probably received the not-in-service message.
Called my trac phone and hung-up. When I hit callback, got an automated message about a 3 minute business deal that will change my financial situation and Life. Hit 9 ti remove number, which I did, multiple times and heard someone say stop and then I hung-up.
