I just got a call from this number, they said that I have two cases against me they also provided me with a case number. I have no idea what is going on. They also said that if I don't contact there legal team that they will fill in my county also all my right will be waved (or something along those lines)...
I got a call from this number saying my social security was involved in fraud and i would have charges pressed against me with a summons sent to my employer or home.This needs to stop has anyone else got a call from 307-274-4914.
I got a call from this number saying my social was involved in fraud and i would have charges against me and a summons sent to my home or employer.This is really upsetting to me i have never been in trouble and i am sick that people can just call your number and make false accusations.
Total scam. These people call from a variety of numbers and always say about the same thing:
1. There's been SS fraud and
2. There's charges pending aginst you.
Total nonsense. How can anyone SSN be involved in fraud? Charges, if any would be handled by law enforcement. If you were the subject of law enforcement actions you'd know about form law enforcement. You would NOT have heard about it from some scammery-scummery debt collector. You cannot forfeit your rights. Period. Certainly no debt collector can do that.
Ignore them and block their numbers. Do not return their calls do not pay them anything or agree to.
