Called office; no response to my greeting but I knew there wouldn't be. Why would Wyoming be calling clear across the country to a business except for being up to no good. So sick of these calls.
Answered called and it was an automatic voice message saying it was Google. Message continue to say that Google is updating and to have our Business still listed for Searchers to see our website we needed to answer some questions or something like that. Stating "to get your business more pop-ups when searched or listed at the top of the page." That sort of thing. It then stated press 1 if you are the business owner, I pressed 1. Then stated press 2 if you are the owner, again, and if you want to update your business with Google, so I pressed 2. A real person answered and asked if this was the owner and before I could say anything they hung up. First time they called.
They started calling me in Jan. 3 times Feb twice, March today 1 time I have them blocked. My phone rings once when they are blocked and hangs up on them. I don't have to pay for call blocking the phone allows me to block 20 numbers. I usually block repeated numbers that call. I put them in an Excel program by month to see who called and who didn't then I can remove the block.
