Wanda Freeman also called me and left a message saying that she was going to have the Sheriff Office serve me with papers and also criminal charges was filed against me...I also checked and this is a scam...It's a shame how these people operate....if I was ignorant to the scam I would be paying out of pocket
I received a Message as well from Ms. Freeman. She said she is calling on behalf of Emerald Marketing. I told her I am in debt consolidation and she needs to speak with the company that I am dealing with. She says Emerlad no longer deals with Debt Companies. My debt consolidation Company says that is not true and it is a scare tatic. Also she said he was sending papers to my work place telling my employer to garnish my wages. I told Ms. Freeman it is illegal to contact anybodys work place, Looked this number up and it is not a Law Office. GET A LIFE!!!!!
I just got a call from a Wanda Freeman stating the same thing. She was very detailed though. The message said that she will be serving me papers at my job which she named, to the HR department so they can garnish my wages and also a copy to my supervisor which she she named. I usually don't pay any attention to these threaten phone calls but this is ridiculous. I will admit I did take out a payday loan but I'm dealing with a Debt Consolidation to clear that up.
