Update... The person my case was escalated to called me and let me know that their client was named "Preferred Super Savers" and he was going to contact them to have them stop calling me. I asked for their number but he was reluctant to give it to me. He said if this continues then I can call him directly.
Here is the info I found on Preferred Super Savers:
450 SW 12th Ave
Deerfield Beach, FL 33442
(954) 427-1745
I read some things that people are saying about this company online and they sound like fraudulent/shady people.
I called them back as well. I got a recording thanking me for calling API and saying to leave my name and phone number if I'd like to be removed from their calling list. Then a typical answering machine voice said "Sorry, this mailbox is full and cannot accept any voicemail. Goodbye.". I was then disconnected. I never spoke to a live person. I was never able to leave any information nor get any info other than the business name, API. This number I believe is out of Florida, but I also got a call from an API out of Nebraska, which I also returned. The same recording played from that number which was 402-385-5003.
