This numbers been calling my phone every morning anywhere from 8am-8:30am for the last week and a half. I haven't picked up, they haven't left a message, and I have no clue who they are.
I received several harassing phone calls from this number, 307-316-7474, several times a day, every day of the week, all hours of the day/night! They're looking for a third party who I haven't spoke to in years! Not even myself. I asked this un-identified female who calls from what she states is "IC SYSTEMS", what is "IC System?, what do they do?, what is their purpose for their call?" I was lied to, mislead, and given false information which is unfair and directly Violates the FDCPA... I was told "they help new business owners start up their business and promote it for free". I didn't believe this at all, since the person they're looking for does Not own his own business, nor has he started one.
I googled the phone number 307-316-7474 and found THOUSANDS of COMPLAINTS AGAINST "IC SYSTEM". This company IS A SCAM, (there isn't even an address listed to this business) they solicit people for money, since THIS COMPANY IS REALLY A FRAUD DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY, who illegally & forcefully takes money from innocent people who doesn't even owe the money, it's not on their credit report, etc.
DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE, record the calls, file FORMAL complaints with the BBB(Better Business Bureau, FTC(Federal Trade Commission), your state AG(Attorney General), & the CFPB(Consumer Financial Protection Bureau).

I have also been receiving calls from this number for the past month with no message left. The woman had my name and asked if it was me. I asked who was calling and she refused to tell me the nature of the call. She asked to verify my address and still refused to tell me why. That is when the call ended.
