Robocall identified as "service call". Rep said she was with "Secure Promotion" and product was a GE security system which they would install and it would be monitored by Monitronics. Monitronics Home Security has quite a fancy web site, including information about their dealer program which promises to provide leads. Rep transferred me to Matt. When asked for a place to look up written information, he said it was a limited time promotion, ending Monday, but he would schedule the installation and the installer would explain everything. When I asked again for a web site, he left the line.
This company First Alert Security endlessly robo-calls my cell number with no way to opt out of receiving these calls. Several calls each day with rotating telephone numbers. I am on the no call list
Received a robo telemarketing call from 307-316-7499 that left a partial message on my answering machine, trying to sell me a security system. My area code is in Iowa, and I am in Iowa; robo calls are illegal in Iowa for telemarketing purposes. Any business that will call break the law in marketing their system is not the kind of place I would want installing a security system in my home.
Robocall for a security system. We are already on the national Do Not Call list. When I pressed 9 to be placed on this company's Do Not Call list, they disconnected the call.
