Wyoming and South Dakota .

PS. They even call on Saturday's
Next thing is that they will be calling on Sunday's , holidays and in the middle of the night .
I believe the law is that NO telemarketer's or debt collectors are legally allowed to call you before 8:00 AM and no later than 9:00 PM in your time zone .
If they do call before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM , they can be sued .

307-316-7469 Cheyenne, WY -- called my office number this morning. It was a recorded message, something about collecting back taxes owed. Press 1 to learn more, press another number (7, I think) to be removed. I just hung up because, who knows what pressing any key would lead them to believe -- I didn't to even give them that. Predators!
I do owe taxes; however, I am dealing with the actual IRS. As far as I know the IRS does not deal with collection agencies. All the IRS (which is Federal and not by state) has to do is send a wage garnishment form to your employer to get the money you owe them if you are not paying your taxes. I actually have an installment agreement which I am not behind on....so this company is bogus if they are calling you about back taxes.
