Multiple calls from (307) 335-3262 without any message left. Last call, I picked up. These guys are SCAMMERS trying to get personal info from you. BEWARE or you'll be sorry, as trying to contact them back only gets you a recording that the number in no longer in service.
They keep calling my cell number, which is on a do not call list, and asking for my EX husband. He said it was about a cruise magazine....we never even subscribed to a cruise magazine while married. Nonetheless, this number has been calling for days, like a crazy collection agency so I finally answered it this morning and I told the man that he was asking for someone I wasn't even married to anymore - he then went on to ask if I get the magazine and I said, "how would I know what my ex husband subscribes to?" He hung up on me. They called back 4 hours later and the guy asked for my ex husband again at which time I reminded him that they made this call this morning and I already let them know that he is my EX husband and he hung up on me again.... I have a feeling these calls are going to continue. If only I could reach into the phone and strangle someone!!!!
Be careful with this one! As soon as the ans. machine kicks on, you hear girls chuckling, as if in the middle of a conversation before one stops to say HELLO into the phone. Only once, then hung up.
This is not the first time I've picked up that EXACT SAME thing: girls talking, then stop, as if one "just remembered" they happen to be on the phone...
Call me paranoid, but after 3 times, I am convinced that this is a defined method by salesmen.
I just got the call yesterday and today on my cell and my name is Bonnie. I saw a poster above is names Barbara and they asked me to speak to Barbara. I wonder if they have all of our numbers and are asking us for each other...very weird!
