Just received the same voice message this afternoon. Claimed IRS filing a lawsuit against me and last attempt to collect. IRS would always send a tax bill first and I have never received any correspondence from IRS. Filed a fraud report on IRS website.
What do you man if this is true this call should not be taken lightly? You mean you should respond to it, LOL!!! If that's what you mean then your one of the scammers. The IRS NEVER calls on the phone, never!!! They communicate by mail. They may have you call them but, they never call you.
