Called about the office photo copier, the guys said his name was Josh and was very upset with me when I told him I wasnt interested. He called back a few minutes later dropping F bombs on me, when I asked who he worked for he said "pimping out your mother" thus the call ended, he called back one more time but I did not answer
A guy named Josh called telling me I ordered manuals for our printer driver and wanted to know the model of the printer - when I did not. He started being persistent and told me "Sounds like you're outta the loop there, sugar tits" when I asked him to repeat what he just said he went silent. So I hung up.
Called and asked for the serial number on the back of our photo copier. Didn't give me his name. I asked which office he was phoned about and he said.."don't get sassy with me [***]" and hung up.
Got a call from the phone number above. He said his name was Josh and he was calling from customer service asking for our model # of our copier. I asked him which company he was calling from and he said he was customer service calling for the model number of our Richo copier. I said ok, we don't have a Richo copier, you need to take us off you calling list. He said "You need to go [***] yourself, I won't be doing that!" This is the second call I've got from this number! The first time he asked for our copy count for our copier, but he never swore at me the last time when I questioned him, he just hung up.
Receptionist got a call from number noted above as well. Indicated he needed the serial number of our Richo copier. She transferred the call to me and I asked if I could help him and he stated he was already being helped and he has been holding for four minutes already. I told him we do not own a Ricoh copier and he stated that he doesn't understand why this is taking so long as usually it only takes a minute for him to get this info and that we must be F*** idiots and he hung up.
