A guy named Josh called telling me I ordered manuals for our printer driver and wanted to know the model of the printer - when I did not. He started being persistent and told me "Sounds like you're outta the loop there, sugar tits" when I asked him to repeat what he just said he went silent. So I hung up.
Had our 1st experience with Josh today! He says. Hi I'm calling on behalf of your office photocopier.. I just need the model number off of it so I can send you an updated manual.
We have gotten scam calls before from other companies so we are all warned to ask lots of questions before giving out any info.. Anyways
I asked what company he was calling from, and he says on behalf of your copies..
I said no thank you we have specific companies we order office supply from.
He then says this isnt a sales call you Fuc***en idiot can I speak to someone that isn't so stupid.
hahaha sounds to me like he was the stupid on this time around!
Recieved two calls from "Josh" today regarding our copier. When he was told that we deal with a local company he began with his profane language as note by others above. Also when we called the number back he answered us with a few choice words again.
Received a call from this number. I didn't catch his name, but asked for the serial number on our Ricoh copier. I asked what company he was from and he said "Customer Service." I asked what company and said, "The company I said five seconds ago!" I repeated my question asking if he was from Ricoh and he sighed in exasperation and I asked again. He hung up on me.
