Started receiving calls three days ago. Caller ID showed Newt Gingrich PC. I did not answer. Is this a collection agency or a political campaigh?

Conservative Republicans seeking donations, with a recording from Newt Gingrich.
I asked what they plan to do about the immigration mess.
They said they'll oppose amnesties.
I asked what they'll do about legal immigration (since the end result: turning the U.S. into a 3rd World socialist dung heap) will be the same.
They said they plan on doing nothing.
I hung up.
