Called tonight, caller ID "Poll C" but dead air. For some reason the call blocker didn't catch the number. I must have gotten it on the first ring and the number is in the built-in block list.
CID only said "Poll C", but whoever it is they're using a robot to make the calls. My call blocker rejects all robo calls simply by forcing the caller to press a key to continue with the call. Robots can't do that. Since my phone never rang, it's probably someone using a robot to generate calls that are then transferred to a live person after you answer. Oh well, it's blocked forever and ever now!!
Rang a few times. No message left. As much as I hate getting these calls, at least this number comes through with something other than "Unknown," "Not Provided," or "Out of Area." This number is now blocked. I think I'll have a lot of new blocked numbers between now and next November.
