3:00 8/8/2013. When answer, it's an automated voice about lowering my interest rate on my credit card. Didn't say which card or which bank.

They just called me about lower my credit card percentage rating, at least that's what the recorded message said, but I have no credit cards. No one anwered and then it hung up. If I try calling it's a rapid busy which indicates a disconnected #.

They called me at 3 :25 pm i called back. This number does not work. Please do not call back

A TCPA violator. These guys have no call back number. They said they were calling from my credit card issuer, but couldn't say who the issuer was. When I asked to be put on their internal DNC they hung up on me.

Its a scam.

Tells me that this is "Card member services and that there is nothing wrong with your account but press 1 to lower your interest rates."

Called me at work on my work phone.  I don't have this number even listed.
