Who called from 3078341479

Got a call 6:42 pm California time, no message

This is a scam they called me 1hrs ago wanted security code off back of credit card. When i questioned them they hung up

7:53 pm 8/13/2013 this number called my cell phone.  I missed the call.

I received a call from this number on my cell phone.  I do not give out this number and use it for family only.  I also have this number enrolled on a do not call list.  I do not answer calls on cell unless it is family.

I received a call from this number and called it back and it says its not in service.
