This is not a telemarketer. THIS IS AN IDENTITY THEFT RING trying to get you to disclose your credit card information. Sometimes referring to themselves as Credit Services or Card Services.
I have had numerous calls from them on various bogus numbers including this one. At one point I decided to "play along" and made up info about debt etc. They immediately began asking for my credit card numbers, etc and when I asked why they hung up.
Do not answer these calls, and definitely never disclose any personal info over the phone. A credit card company will never ask for your credit card number. If you are unsure tell them you will call them back, lookup the real number on the back of your card and call that number to be sure.
The reason a large portion of the people are having trouble with this number is because this number is being "Spoofed" by Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency located in O'Fallon, MO. They will try and gather enough information to create an account. Many bank accounts have been drained by this establishment and many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to aquire information.
This not only hurts people by the harrassment, but also hurts the establishment that the number belongs to.
