His name is Christopher - at least that's what he calls himself. When you "Google" the number, you'll find it's supposedly for a "Katie's Country Corner". But when you look further, you find a CHRISTOPHER M MOONEN for something called CABL.COM. It says this:

Hey I know this post is a couple years old, but I happened to run across it when I ran a google search on my mine and my husband's name. He is the Christopher Noonen you have posted above. We used to have the phone number you are referring to years ago, but we haven't been at any residence with that number for over 10 years. Sorry you had difficulties with a prank caller somehow, but it wasn't us!
