Called this morning 10:15. I did not answer no message left.

Just got a call from this number today. The man was very aggressive. I told him that my number was unlisted and that I was on the national do not call registry and that I would report him if he does not remove my name and number. He said I was not on the registry and that I had heating and AC work done from his company which of course is not true. He told me if I hang up he would keep calling me - I hung up

Although area code 310 is in the USA, ANY 4th number (the beginning of the Central Exchange Code) of "0" or "1"  is not assigned to a phone in the USA.

So, the caller is indeed a scammer.
Hopefully your call blocker can block that number.
