I received a same call just now and the number is3237658975, the guy's name is Alex and ID is same. I asked them to do it in my account if he is from Comcast. The same answer he gave to let me realized it is a scam. How this guy is continue cheating people?
My call came from 323 765-8975 said it was time Warner i get $100 visa gift card and some tea stuff just send $9.99 shipping. Poor english speaker background noise. I knew it was a scam right away. Time Warner does not do that kind of stuff unless they are trying to get you to upgrade or something he said nothing about my service. I said no thanks. keep it.

Just received a call from 1-800-627-2287 (TW) saying they want to give me two $100 gift cards if I pay $2.99 shipping fee with my credit card. Yeah, ok right away.
Just got a call from 800 333 3474 and he said his name was Sam Smith (but had an Indian accent) from Comcast and I was eligible for a free $100 visa gift card for being a loyal customer. I said sure send it out. He said well you need to pay $5.99 shipping and handling. I said just mail it. He wanted my credit card number. I laughed and said I don't need a gift card. He said thanks and hung up.
