I have been receiving phone calls from this man that to me seemed like he was a stalker he was telling me he could see me Etc. I asked him where he recieved my number he told me some guy name Jiemee gave him my number I have been dealing with this since last Friday. Today my husbands friend calls this guy and they said they got my phone number from a guy that works for a telemarketing company. A guy from this number called me last friday saying I was entered into a sweepstakes all i nedded to do is give them my address so they can give me some magazines I told him I wasn't interested and hung up he called me back and asked me if we had been disconnected I said no I hung up because I am not interested. Right after that I recieved a call from this guy from a 310 area code I have a police report on this guy but now I know its from this place I am not as peranoid
I looked up this phone number and I got an address for this number 310-241-0648 the name on the phone number is Carmen Vidal, and the address is 704 S Pacific Ave in San Pedro, CA 90731. I have been harassed all week from a 310 area code number I mean some really scary things have been text to me and said to me on the phone. The police department finally took me seriously and called this guy not the same number that were talking about a different 310 number my husband called this guy and he said he was scared the police called him and he was just trying to scare me but nothing this serious anyways he said he got my number from his friend that works at this 310-241-0648 number so I looked it up and got this. So I called San Pedro Police department they said I needed to file a complaint in my own state they couldn't do anything but I think if all of us call and complain about this they'll take it serious I don't want any body else to go through what I have, being scared for my life. Please call your citys police department and do a complaint and then call San Pedro Police department they are going to say they can't do anything but if they recieve more calls maybe they will.

I received two calls from this number in a matter of one hour. Didnt answer the first one, no message was left the second time I answered and they hung up. It seems to me that mostly woman posted here and fortunaltey (I guess) I have a sore throat and my voice is hoarse and scratchy (maybe they thought I was a guy and hung up)
I just received a call toady from 1-310-370-9486 on my cell phone. The lady asked for me by name. I asked "Who is this?" She said she was from a sweepstakes clearing house. I she kept asking for me by name but I would not confirm that it was me. I then told her that she has reached a cell phone. She kept trying to get me to confirm who I was. I did not give in and continued to flip the script and ask her questions. She said "OK, well I will just have to ask my supervisor how to handle this..."
My advice: Never confirm who you are to this types of calls. That sometimes gives them "confirmation" to go ahead and use your information (if that is their intention). Also, if you actually won anything, you would be contacted in more ways than just the telephone (ie. certified mail). You provided your address when you entered the sweepstakes, correct? If they really have a prize for you, they will find you.
This was not my first call from this number. The first time I received a call, the caller did not say anything and I just heard papers ruffling. I called back and heard same thing, no one would say anything, but I could tell someone was there. Today, when I try to dial back, I get a busy signal.
Anyway, suspicion got the best of me today and I did a reverse lookup. It shows:
