This is not true and a myth! Illegal callers do not need to get the DNC which has to be paid for along with information proof of business. The illegal callers use dialers and other methods such as computer and all they have to do is plumb in numbers from a to z.. The DNC can't protect you from illegal callers and is only aimed for telemarketers.
The continuing solar scam calls to our phone number continue. New phone number same scam. There is nothing we can do since these scammers do not follow the rules of the DNC law. This is why they use fake phone numbers and phony caller id information. The only thing to do is not answer their calls .
Just got a call from a lady wrt California energy initiative. She was polite enough and I asked her to remove me from their calling list. Only time will tell if it worked or not.

Even from this new # - i am not interested in your offer or solar - Maybe Edison needs to intervene since they throw their name around acting like they are working with them - really ? edison doesnt want you to sell us solar ! they want us to keep using so they get our money, not you !
