IRS scam. The real IRS doesn't call and then threaten to sue you. I once got an automated call from a guy claiming to be a police chief. Since when is that a cop's jurisdiction?
Called 9/19 at 1:54pm. "IRS is suing me, I need to call them back." Yeah sure....
Beware of these calls, voice mails. Not the first voice mail from these pieces of s*** - these scumbags are using various numbers.
Do NOT be scared and DO NOT call back, these are 100% scams.

Called me 4 times today. Leaves a voicemail saying I'm being sued by the irs. When I answered the call, no one was there. I called back, they answered (sounded from India), " dept of revenue, how can I help you?" I said you called me 4 times today, you tell me. They pretended to no hear me, saying hello, hello... Then I said hello. They responded " how can I help you son of a [***]" and then hung up. I blocked the number.
