Rec'd call today 9:15 AM. Did not answer call. Voicemail by English speaking woman on robo message (not foreigner) was left stating they are IRS and I was being sued by IRS. Message was 34 seconds long. The number on my caller ID was 310-291-6785 and this is same number they gave in voice mail to return call. Tried calling back about 3 PM on another phone but rang and rang; no one answered.
