Claimed to be a licensed contractor / home repair. When I informed him that we were on the FTC Do Not Call registry and he needed to remove us from his lists and not call again, he claimed that was "federal" and since this wasn't a federal call, it didn't reply to him. He's wrong, of course, only politicians are exempted, but they all lie and make claims like that. I told him he was wrong and to remove us from his lists, but he continued arguing, so I hung up on him and reported the number to the FTC Do Not Call registry.
