Last I was aware, lawsuits are usually noted by other means that have protocols on how someone is notified and not by way of leaving cheesy voicemails stating so......

Calls and leaves lawsuit message or calls and leaves no message and icing on cake calls and just breathes in verbal silence.

I got a recorded message saying the IRS wanted to talk to me. I called the number back and got a Somali woman that does not speak good English asking me for a case number. I told her I was not left a case number she asked for my name and social security number I told her no and hung up.

Left a 33 second automated message that said the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and wanted me to call them back.
