An obvious SCAM. This is so obvious a scam that my feelings are that anyone who falls for it deserves to lose their money.

I received the same phone call (for the third time) ie: IRS threatening me which everyone knows the IRS will never call you, but I feel bad for the elderly who have lost their judgement regarding scams. My 87 yr old mother would total believe a call like this. Has anyone reported this to the FBI so maybe they can figure out who the scammers are.
