This is EXACTLY what just happened to me!!! i am sooo pissed!!! i dont know what to do. if you tried something and it worked or if you did not get screwed somehow, let me know... I am not sure what is going to happen either. i gave out my info too...
I just received my 2nd call from this number( 1-310-318-0779) on my cell phone. The 1st time I did not answer, just to see if they would leave a voiemail...of course they didn't. The 2nd time I did answer and they didn't say anything and then it just hung up.
Go to www.donotcall.gov I just registered with them and it takes a month for it to be fully activated but hopefully it will help. These people are looking to scam everyone with an offer of 1000 with the subscription of 3 magazines for 3 years. I told them I didn't want them to call and they said that they'd try back later when they had another offer.
