Who called from 3103560464

Called 8 times while I was away, and left no messages.

Scum of the earth--or should I say, "Scam of the earth?"  Either way, they have no right to exist.

Constantly calling my home after I once asked to be placed on do not call list.
What good is the national do not call registry?

Will call and would ring 4 times then just hangs up. This is a spoof/bot caller that sells your number to other companies once you pick up the number or call it back. Just don't pick up or call back a unknown number. If it's important, they will leave a message.

Calls every other day. Never leaves message, just hangs up.
