Keeps calling my boss, says its a personal business matter when i ask if they would like to leave a message. caller id says ienergizer but they say they're calling form credit one bank. call back number they give is legit though. 1-877-825-3242
They keep calling my business line and the caller ID says "IENERGIZER" at least 8 times a day for the last 5 days. I finally answered and they said it was Credit One Bank, and I had a balance of $900+ dollars, and if I could give her my debit card number to take care of the account. I said nice try and to discontinue calling my business line.
They say they're Credit One but the only payment options I have when I call the number on back of my card is online or by mail. Be careful not to be scammed. If it were really credit one they should not be upset if you tell them you'll call the number on back of card to make payment.
I just opened an account in April and did not start using my card until mid April. When I searched the # that called me 3 times this morning and found it was them, I thought I would register my account online so I could view my statements, pay my bill, etc. I am a new customer but already very frustrated. What I found is that they have my account as being "past due" even though my first payment isn't due until 05/20. I tried calling the # back that called me and it was disconnected. Had to search the internet for their "collection dept" #. Called that # and was disconnected while on hold for a representative. I'll be reporting them to the BBB if they do not resolve the issues:
-lack of ability for customers to reach them
-unreasonable # of calls
-"contact us" tab not found on their page so customers have to search the internet for their contact info
-calls getting disconnected
-making an account appear "late" even though it's not, thus negatively impacting credit scores
