Keeps calling my boss, says its a personal business matter when i ask if they would like to leave a message. caller id says ienergizer but they say they're calling form credit one bank. call back number they give is legit though. 1-877-825-3242
Just tried to call back. Received a message when selecting "0" to speak to a representative that "no one is available to take your call. Please try your call again later.". This should NEVER be a message with any company. I can understand being put on hold briefly or having the option to be called back, but never told to call back later.
Tried a different option to contact them - the # on the back of the card (702) 405-2042 (can call this # for various reasons, including to make a payment). Same exact thing - "no one is available to take your call. . .try again later" message and disconnected.
They just called me. . .for the 4th time today. This time I answered since I knew who it was. The rep has a middle eastern accent but was good enough at his English that I could understand him. When I gave him input about the poor business practices of the company, he said he would hand me over to his supervisor. His supervisor did not do as well at English so I had to request an individual who spoke very clear English. I assured him I was not trying to be offensive and explained that this northerner sometimes has a difficult time understanding her relatives in the southern US. I was transferred but then the call disconnected. . .again.
I called them back after receiving 4 calls within 45 minutes on a Sunday....now I do debt collections for a living and this is in CLEAR violation of FDCPA. Every 3 hours....and on a Sunday's only between the hours of 1-5pm by your state standards. Some states have different laws but they must abide by the laws for which the consumer resides in. This place is a complete scam and they hung up on me 3 times after pointing out their illegal activities.
