Have been receiving the same call. today the "lawsuit" was filed. It's crazy that they can do this. When you call back what do they ask for? Has anyone tried calling back?
A recorded message stated that this my final notice that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me. What BS! The caller ID showed the call came from Beverly Hills, CA, and the phone number displayed was 310-362-4433.

Thank you for your helpful post. We have been bombarded the last 18 hrs with 5 phone calls from them! Today they called at 6:15am! We'll definitely be turning them in!
