This company has called my switchboard numerous times a day,for numerous names of people.They have called daily for over a yr and half.They refuse to leave a message.You would think these calls would stop after never getting thru but it still continues.Annoying and a waste of time.
Middle Eastern sounding man called and asked for someone who NEVER worked here. I could hear him hit the mute button after each statement. So I hit the mute button and left him asking "Hello? IS there anyone there?"
LOL on every point ! Or, their boss wants to speak with someone in your company, but they don't know why. When you refuse to transfer them without a reason for calling, they say that they'll find out and get back to you but never do.
I just received a call from this number, and although he knew my first and last name, and called my place of employment, he asked if this was St. John's Hospital, when I told him no, he said he must have dialed the wrong number. When I asked how he got my name, he then called me by a different last name, similiar but not my last name that he used at the beginning of the call....also Indian accent male.
