I received a call claiming to be someone with American Services, from Fast Cash International. The man I spoke to was foreign, and claimed his name was Frank Jefferson, from California. He told me I had warrants against me, because I had gotten a loan and did not pay the money back. (I did at one time apply for a payday loan on-line,
(I KNOW IT WAS STUPID, and this was months ago, I totally forgot about it) but I never went through with it, DID NOT GET ANY MONEY!!!) I told him I did not know what he was talking about, and he started telling me personal stuff like, my banks name, the last four digits of my social security number etc. He kept trying to get me to answer questions with yes or no answers, which I did not do. I then hung up on him, and "unknown caller" and "private caller" called me several times within a few minutes. I blocked my number and called the number back and after several rings a foreign man answers the phone with "how can I help you?"
I recieved the same call from this company. It was a foreign guy who could barely speak English. He had a threatning tone...stating that he needed to hear from me or my attorney. When I tried to call the number back the line was busy. I have no clue who these people are.
I received several messages from a foreign man saying he needed to hear from me or my attorney in a very threatening tone. I called the number back and got a foreign man and told him someone called and left what I considered a threatening message he denied calling my home and then called me 15 minutes later with the same message. He said he worked for attorney Stephens he said it was a female and then he said he was a male. I do not know who they are but do not know how to block them from my phone. The number was 310-362-9395 I believe his name was D'melo or something I could not understand him.
HE TOLD ME HIS CLIENT HAD CHECK FRAUD ISSUES, AND OTHER CRIMINAL ALLEGATOINS - I'M THE MOST BY THE BOOK PERSON EVER SO I KNOW THIS IS FRAUD OF SOME SORT
