HE TOLD ME HIS CLIENT HAD CHECK FRAUD ISSUES, AND OTHER CRIMINAL ALLEGATOINS - I'M THE MOST BY THE BOOK PERSON EVER SO I KNOW THIS IS FRAUD OF SOME SORT
TELL HIM YOU ARE GOING TO REPORT HIM TO THE LOCAL POLICE DEPT. FOR HARRASSMENT AND HE WILL STOP. THAT'S WHAT I DID - HAVE NO IDEA WHO THIS FREAK IS - BUT I'M SURE IT'S SOME SCAM/FRAUD. I CONTACTED MY LOCAL POLICE DEPT JUST IN CASE.
I received a call from a foreign guy informing me or my attorney to call as soon as I get the message also - message left on my job phone. Stated his name was Steve Samuels at 310-362-9395. I googled the number and found all the results from other individuals who received this type of call. I tried to call the number back and received a busy signal. I don't know who it is or what they want. I'm not trying again and do not want this person call me on my job or home.
I just got the same call (message) and they said if I don't call back...then good luck to me. Scary. I called back and it rang and rang, then one busy tone then hung up. Be careful out there - these folks are nuts.
I received the call and spoke with several people trying to get your info to take money, this could be considered id theft, they did have my info like a previous post, threatening with legal rammifications, i told them to call me monday with a court appointed attorney and then guess what, nothing, i later recieved a call from the company trying to sue me, guess what they wanted me to do, another cash advance, this is a complete scam and i hope noone falls for it
